Not at all. I deadlift 405lbs WITHOUT straps and with good form. My elbows go down 90 degress when i'm doing dumbell presses, not some bitchy ass little 2 inch press like you. I have no clue what the fuck you were doing @ :51 seconds in the video. At 2:52 you're so cool maxing out the machine but sorry to tell you but you are NOT doing tricep extensions. You're elbows are staying no where near the side of your body. All you're doing is using momentum to push the weight down with you're body and hunching over. The best form I saw from you in the entire video is you mixing the hemo rage LMAO!
