I fail to understand people like this in gyms... Weight doesnt matter a single damn bit if you DO NOT ACTUALLY DO THE FUCKING WORKOUT. Go all the way down, all the way up... (example)-1300lbs and moving 2 inches, what does that do for you? Drama queens and mirror whores... Delete this stupid video devil dog and do some REAL weights. Any real "body builder" knows that form is the most important thing in the gym, and if this "hemo-rage" makes people so "intense" that they forget the essentials.. Then I'll stick with my current pre-workouts supps.
