Form is pretty sloppy. When training back the mind/body connection is very important and training with a FULL range of motion getting a stretch and a good squeeze at the contraction phase.
@MrSantoni that is correct at any level. when you look at guys like branch they don't use full range because they are no longer in a building stage but instead a shaping stage for which they only need the stimulation. regardless you can't tell an advanced lifter that ROM doesn't matter because branch warren doesn't use full range.. just won't be effective

I think what you are saying is correct for a beginner, but once you have done this a while and find what works for you and you get results from it..thats all that really matters...look at Jason Huh and Branch Warren and how they train.
